Hochtief is an international construction company with a wide range of operations in the fields of transportation, energy, infrastructure and mining projects and over 140 years of history. The company, one of three construction businesses owned by Spanish ACS Group, has struggled with financial insecurity, massive restructuring costs and extensive job cuts in Germany.
