Edeka is a popular German supermarket brand that offers an outstanding shopping experience – and it isn’t stopping there. The brand remains stable on rank 27 in this year’s ranking. In addition to being active on social media, Edeka launched a successful app and intends to roll out mobile payment at all stores by the end of 2015. This feature also won the Retail Technology Award Europe.
