The company’s strong slogan, The Future in Motion, underscores its pursuit of innovation in a dynamic environment. German magazine Focus ranked Continental among Germany’s top employers once again, partly due to the company’s practice of sharing a percentage of its profits with its employees. In 2015, Continental will distribute a record amount of over €130 million to eligible employees around the world.
